Generally, when a data subject visits our website and registers to join the Boost Diesel loyalty scheme we collect the following: Name & Surname, Address, Identity card number, Mobile number, date of birth, gender, general vehicle details and email address.
Our web hosting provider also collects data through the website's database which is populated according to client's input. The data collected is needed to help us deliver the level of service that we feel our clients deserve. We use this data to issue internal statistics and also to be able to contact our clients and to offer them information on new services and products from time to time and to notify them about any changes to our service.
We usually retain the personal data of our clients for the period during which they are considered as clients.
As a policy, San Lucian Oil Company Limited retains all personal data for two years from the date of the last activity carried out by the client in relation to the Boost Diesel Loyalty scheme. After this period, the data subject is no longer considered a client and their data is erased.
